Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. * Experience working with enterprise healthcare systems, including EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner., * A collaborative and empowering leader who enjoys developing others. * An excellent communicator who can build strong partnerships across departments. * Strategic in thinking while remaining hands-on with execution. * Passionate about improving systems and workflows through technology. * Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. ## Description As the Manager, RCM Systems, you'll serve as the bridge between Revenue Cycle, IT, and our practice teams to ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and positioned for future growth.
