* Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline

 * 3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in a customer-facing role

 * with a Master's degree counting as 2 years of experience

 * 2 years' experience with CAD and engineering software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, or NX)

 * 2 years' experience in product design, including experience with complex surfaces, assemblies, and kinematics

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, * Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
 * Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
 * Ability to self-manage and successfully work without supervision
 * Ability to handle and prioritize dynamic workload
 * Strong oral and written communication
 * Excellent organizational skills
 * Proven proficiency with presentations and public speaking

## Description

* Partner with customers to understand their intermediate technical needs and provide solutions

 * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers

 * Complete intermediate preliminary design reviews for new business opportunities

 * Complete intermediate critical design reviews for new product development

 * Create and maintain engineering documentation (models, drawings, and procedures)

 * Support the sales team by providing technical information and product demonstrations

 * Process engineering change requests internally and externally

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction (e.g., R&D, manufacturing, sales)

 * Engineering approver for engineering documentation reviews

 * Partner with 3rd party suppliers as needed to support product gaps
