Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills with consistent attention to detail. * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and relevant telecommunications testing equipment. * Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and during non-standard hours as required by project demands. * Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges with minimal supervision. * Customer-service oriented with demonstrated team leadership experience. * Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn additional technical skills. * Professional appearance and conduct at all times. * Reliable personal vehicle for local travel. The ideal candidate brings strong teamwork experience, customer-facing skills, and hands-on expertise in fiber installation activities, including fiber pulling, cable dressing, and project closeouts.
