This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career technology professional who is highly motivated, resourceful, and interested in developing practical experience in IT support, Microsoft 365, business automation, and artificial intelligence. The selected candidate will assist employees with everyday technology issues, configure computers and user accounts, support remote employees, and work directly with upper management to improve and automate internal business processes.
