## Description

* Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 platforms, including installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
 * Support Microsoft Office Suite applications, ensuring smooth functionality for end-users.
 * Install, configure, and maintain printers, ensuring operational readiness and resolving hardware/software issues.
 * Deliver audio/video support for conference rooms, company meetings, and special events.
 * Perform installation of layer 1 cabling to support network infrastructure.
 * Provide remote PC support, including connectivity troubleshooting and mobile device support (Apple iOS and Android) for remote sales teams.
