Kearney, Limited - **Location:** Atlanta, GA, United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Microsoft Excel, Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft PowerPoint, Rapid Prototyping Process, Workflow Management Systems, Data Analytics - **Published:** August 6, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=6fa1cf10b0c1b51e ## About the Role * Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus * 3+ years' experience in consulting; ideally within a top-tier consulting firm or digital-focused organization. * Experience supporting business transformation, digital, analytics, or AI-related initiatives in consulting or industry * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including experience structuring analyses and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations * Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, or implementation plans * Demonstrated ability to use generative AI and AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, analysis, workflow design, and rapid prototyping, with sound judgment regarding output quality, risk, and business relevance * Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus sufficient data and technology fluency to work effectively with data scientists, engineers, and implementation teams * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, executive-ready materials * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in team-based, client-facing environments * Are located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, or Washington, D.C. ## Description * Support digital, data, AI, and technology transformation engagements from strategy through implementation, helping clients identify opportunities to improve business processes and operating models and realize measurable value. * Analyze complex business challenges using qualitative and quantitative data, and develop actionable, data-driven recommendations for clients. * Assess business processes, workflows, and technology capabilities to identify and prioritize high-value digital, data, analytics, and AI use cases. * Translate business priorities into solution concepts, requirements, implementation roadmaps, and transformation plans that align with client objectives. * Conduct market, operational, and financial analyses to support business cases, value realization, and executive decision-making. * Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, engineers, technology specialists, and client stakeholders to shape solution concepts and support implementation and scaling. * Develop executive-level presentations, facilitate client workshops, and communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders. * Use generative AI and AI-assisted tools to enhance research, analysis, workflow design, rapid prototyping, and client delivery while critically assessing output quality and staying current on emerging capabilities and practices.
