You also understand that secure, supportable and maintainable solutions are more valuable than unnecessary customization. ## Description Take technical ownership of a mission-critical Salesforce platform that supports essential public-service and crisis-response workflows. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Salesforce developer who wants to remain hands-on with Apex and Lightning development while also shaping solution architecture, integration strategy, engineering standards and release delivery. You will serve as a senior technical voice for the program, working closely with developers, architects, business stakeholders and technology leadership to deliver secure, scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Project or Role Overview The Lead Salesforce Developer will support a Salesforce CRM environment used by a statewide enterprise contact-center program. The role will provide hands-on development for crisis-call workflows while also owning key technical aspects of the Salesforce environment, including solution design, integrations, authentication, data migration, source control, release management, development standards and transition to ongoing Maintenance and Operations.
