## Description

* Provide a total customer support service as a single point of contact for all issues relating to IT and IS services
 * Provide local and remote Technical Support Services for end user support
 * Maintain and return customers to normal IT Operations with the smallest possible impact
 * Provide support for IT Solutions software and hardware service requests and incidents
 * Resolve service desk tickets
 * Tier I aids support to the Proven IT Help Desk which is the first line of support for our customers
 * Tier I will communicate and work as a team with Tier II and Tier III to solve a customer's issues
 * Works with clients over the phone to investigate issues and provide solutions
 * Documents calls and resolutions to ensure continuity throughout the team
 * Be able to rotate schedules if needed.
