## About the Role

· 1-2 years of experience

· Experience with operating systems (e.g, Windows) and their configurations.

· Knowledge of computer networks, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and TCP/IP.

· Knowledge of Active Directory.

· Knowledge of Microsoft365 Administration.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

· Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.

· Communication and "customer service" (ability to walk coworkers through solutions to their issues, email etiquette).

· Basic mechanical skills (e.g. skills with tools as screw drivers, etc.), · CompTIA A+ Technician

· CompTIA Network+

· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

· Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (M CSE)

· Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Essential Job Functions:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

· Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory

· Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Position requires frequent walking, standing and/or climbing., * High school or equivalent (Preferred)

## Description

IT Account Support Technician will be required to perform the following tasks:

· Gather data to assess the needs of the customer.

· Perform password management administration.

· Resolve incorrect settings.
