## Description

* Attend daily stand-up meetings (virtually and onsite) with your team to tackle issues head-on
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, with guidance from our development team
 * Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Training, Programming, and QA teams
 * Test new product features and software upgrades (and break them before our clients do)
 * Advocate for customers and help shape the future of the product
 * Stay organized, juggle priorities, and always follow through
