Equivalent industry experience may be considered. * Minimum of 3 years of experience commissioning, servicing, or troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment, power electronics, renewable energy systems, UPS systems, ESS, PCS, solar inverters, or related equipment. * Strong understanding of three-phase power systems, AC/DC power conversion, electrical distribution, and power electronics. * Knowledge of battery energy storage systems, lithium-ion battery technologies, inverter systems, and grid-connected power systems. * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. * Experience using electrical test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, insulation resistance testers, clamp meters, and power analyzers. * Familiarity with industrial communication protocols including Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet/IP, CAN, RS-485, and TCP/IP networking. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service abilities. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. * Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport for domestic and international travel, if required. * Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Willingness to travel frequently and work independently. Pay Range: USD $66,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
