The role requires flexibility, composure, and strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse staff, residents, and community partners in a dynamic, collaborative setting. ## Description The Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for the Community Support Services (CSS) program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and person-centered services to residents across Foundation Communities properties. This position oversees three core components of CSS (Case Management Services, Adult Clinical Services, and Youth Development Programs) to ensure coordinated, consistent, and data-driven service delivery. The Program Manager also oversees partnerships with contracted providers, supports staff development, and monitors program outcomes to strengthen resident stability, resilience, and overall well-being.
