## About the Role

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with IT. Previous IT experience is not required-we're primarily looking for dependable, organized individuals with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills., * Reliable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

 * Comfortable driving to multiple locations throughout the day.
 * Organized and detail-oriented.
 * Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
 * Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

## Description

* Deliver, install, and set up IT equipment (monitors, docking stations, printers, ink, and other technology) at various company job sites.
 * Extensive driving throughout the workday is a major part of this position.
 * Maintain and track company-issued laptops, iPads, and iPhones through inventory management.

Additional Responsibilities:

 * Prepare and image computers for new employees.
 * Configure iPhones, iPads, and laptops.
 * Assist with basic Level 1 IT support tickets and simple troubleshooting.
