## Description

The Financial Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing accurate insights to support business decision-making. This role works with finance and business stakeholders to improve reporting processes, ensure data accuracy, and enhance analytics capabilities., * Develop, maintain, and automate financial reports, dashboards, and data analyses.

 * Gather reporting requirements, build solutions, and validate data accuracy across multiple systems.
 * Analyze financial data, identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and support audits and reconciliations.
 * Create recurring and ad hoc reports to provide visibility into key financial metrics.
 * Collaborate with finance, business partners, and technical teams to improve reporting tools and processes.
 * Troubleshoot data issues and support data quality initiatives.
 * Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and enhance analytics capabilities.
