And move computer equipment from location to location * Load and unload trucks/SUV of computer equipment * Install/remove servers/UPS/workstations/Laptops/network equipment * Willingness to travel to local retail store locations to provide support if needed Additional Preferred Requirements * CompTIA A+ Certification preferred * CompTIA Network + Certification preferred ## Description This is a critical and highly visible role supporting 75-100 corporate end users in our new HQ facility in Mesa, AZ! The Senior Technology Specialist maintains in-house technology equipment and assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. The individual will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training and assistance as needed.
