This is a fully remote, high-impact leadership role - you'll set the vision and roadmap for our IT infrastructure, security posture, and internal systems, while staying close enough to the details to execute when needed. You'll partner directly with executive leadership and cross-functionally with Operations, People & Culture, Finance, and field teams across all branch locations, translating business priorities into scalable technology decisions.
