* Assist in all phases of the configuration of WWAN products.
 + SIM routers and gateways
 + Perform firmware updates
 + Provision routers and gateways
 * Provide troubleshooting for configuring WWAN routers and gateways.
 * Monitor ticket system and remote assets
 * Interact with customers (internal and external) and vendors via phone and email correspondence
 + Provide customer service
 + Provide technical support
 + Create and triage Cases/RMAs
 * Assist in other departments as needed.
