## About the Role

* 10+ years of software architecture development and implementation experience
 * 5+ years of experience working within DoD, Navy, or aviation environments
 * Proficiency with object-oriented programming languages (C++, Java, C#), SysML or UML, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
 * Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, migration, and modernization strategies
 * Experience leading or supporting RFPs in an IAC MAC environment
 * Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and lead technical solutioning efforts
 * Secret security clearance and Bachelor's degree in CS or Software Engineering
 * Willingness to obtain Security+, CISSP, or ISSAP certification within 3 months of hire

**Nice to Have Skills:**

 * Programming experience with Rust, Go, or Python
 * Experience in Digital Engineering (DE) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
 * Background in ISR systems and defense whitepapers development
 * Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns
