## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the systems engineering effort for complex SDA proposal development, shaping architectures and technical approaches to competitive bids. You collaborate across Systems Engineering, Software, Program Management, and Business Development to ensure feasible, customer-aligned solutions. You drive risk evaluation, trade studies, and technical baselines, delivering clear documentation and credible BOEs. With senior leadership and mentorship responsibilities, you influence proposal quality and program execution. This position sits at the intersection of advanced space systems and strategic capture, offering meaningful impact on mission-critical communications.
