Experteer Overview As Principal Solution Architect - Networking, you define the future state for enterprise networking across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will set design standards, lead scalable and secure network solutions, and drive automation and resilience for mission-critical applications. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and cloud teams to align standards with business objectives. This role offers impact at enterprise scale, shaping networking capabilities used across the company and advancing IT performance. Compensation / Benefits * Define enterprise networking architecture strategy across hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments. * Develop reusable patterns, reference architectures, and automation frameworks to standardize practices. * Improve service resiliency, efficiency, and consolidation through network platform evolution. * Design highly available, scalable, secure, fault-tolerant network solutions for critical applications. * Set long-term roadmaps and networking standards aligned with business objectives. * Lead cloud networking, SDN, network virtualization, and automation initiatives. * Provide architectural governance for routing, switching, security, and distributed systems. * Collaborate with engineering, security, application teams, and cloud providers to align decisions. * Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation through automation and modern infrastructure. * Mentor architects and engineers on complex networking challenges and strategic initiatives. * Influence enterprise direction by establishing foundational networking capabilities.
