You participate in periodic job observations and maintain data accuracy for quality reviews. You lead continuous improvement through QMS tools, lean initiatives and root-cause analysis, shaping Ford's global product development and manufacturing excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce variability and improve first-pass yields, contributing to Ford's mission of delivering high-quality mobility solutions.
