SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE : * Analytics: Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and operational reporting best practices. * Tools: Proficiency in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) or in application reporting and dashboard tools and intermediate-to-advanced Excel. * Data Access: Intermediate SQL skills for independent data extraction and exploration. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical business partners. * Problem Solving: Ability to work independently to solve common operational questions and manage routine analytical queues. This role would focus on reporting, metric tracking, capacity visibility, issue and action follow-up, meeting preparation, decision tracking, and operational analysis. The analyst would also help identify current-state workflow gaps by working with the Epic team, reviewing data, observing operations, and gathering input from clinical and operational stakeholders. They would surface patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement so clinical operations, product, design, and technical teams can make better-informed decisions., Please Note: While this position is listed as hybrid, regular in-office attendance is required.
