* 1-3 years of experience in facility operations within data centers, telecommunications, or similar mission-critical environments.
 * Familiarity with maintenance management and ticketing software platforms.
 * Capable of working in high-pressure, high-availability (24/7/365) environments, including vendor coordination and emergency response.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Foundational knowledge of mission-critical facility systems, including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), generators, mechanical, and fire safety systems.
 * Understanding of building automation systems, energy management, and control systems for mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
 * Strong multi-tasking and time management skills; ability to meet shifting deadlines.
 * Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

## Description

As a Jr. Critical Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring 100% uptime of our data center operations, supporting mission-critical infrastructure for both the company and our customers. This position reports on-site and works closely with senior engineering staff and site operations teams to maintain, support, and optimize all technical aspects of facility operations., * Monitor and review maintenance methods, standards, and operating procedures for all facility equipment.

 * Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to plan and execute customer solutions, including space, power, and cooling requirements.
 * Support the daily operations of critical infrastructure systemsincluding power, HVAC, and life safety equipmentensuring optimal performance and rapid incident response.
 * Assist in generating and maintaining up-to-date facility and compliance reports.
 * Provide technical support during customer installations and integrations, ensuring successful project completion.
 * Address operational issues promptly to uphold our commitment to 100% uptime.
 * Liaise effectively with operations management, vendors, and stakeholders to implement and track solutions.
