If you're highly technical, curious by nature, and motivated to grow your business understanding while solving meaningful problems - this role was built for you., * Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience * Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience Preferred Skills/Experience * Strong experience with Alteryx (highly prioritized) and SQL * Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau * Background in analytics, advanced analytics, or predictive modeling * Solid understanding of data transformation and data modeling concepts * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal, * Strong technical depth, especially with Alteryx and SQL * Comfort turning loose or ambiguous requests into well-defined deliverables * Asking thoughtful questions that uncover the real problem to solve * Building trust with business partners through clear communication and follow-through * Continuously improving processes through automation and analytics innovation Technical aptitude is key! ## Description As a trusted analytics partner, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders across lending and trade-related services to deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
