The successful candidate will assist in creating innovative and ergonomic golf grip designs that enhance performance and comfort. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a role in an exciting industry in a supportive and innovative environment. The expected annual salary range for this role is $56,000- $83,000. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. This individual will be responsible for supporting and leading various tasks within the cycle of new product development, as well as contributing to continuous improvement efforts within our Design COE (Center of Excellence). The Design COE is a global team with members in three different locations around the world and this role will have a direct working relationship with them.
