Do you thrive in the quiet intensity of the night shift and want to work somewhere where your ideas actually matter?, * Experience: 2+ years in a Help Desk or Desktop Support role. * Reliability: You are a disciplined professional who thrives in a consistent 3rd shift schedule and understands the importance of punctuality for an on-site manufacturing role. * Tech Skills: Proficiency in Windows ecosystems and M365 is a must. * Physical Stamina: You are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and staying active throughout your shift. * Soft Skills: You're personable, empathetic, and can explain technical concepts to a 3rd shift production crew without being condescending. * Autonomy: You enjoy working independently and have the confidence to make technical decisions when you are the sole IT person on-site. ## Description We are looking for a hungry, personable professional with 2+ years of Help Desk experience to be our primary on-site presence during 3rd shift. You aren't just a placeholder; you are the lifeline for a large, active manufacturing facility while the rest of the world sleeps. * Solve Problems: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. You'll create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the issues you solve, leaving things better than you found them for the day team. ## Related Videos - [Data Mining Accessibility](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/802-data-mining-accessibility) - [Building a Cross-Platform BLE Client with Kotlin Multiplatform and Kable](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100250-building-a-cross-platform-ble-client-with-kotlin-multiplatform-and-kable) - [Fake or News: Translating Dog Barks, Notepad Gets an Upgrade and Michelin-Star Robots - Paul Tregoing](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1802-fake-or-news-translating-dog-barks-notepad-gets-an-upgrade-and-michelin-star-robots-paul-tregoing) - [What makes Cybersecurity different for critical infrastructure?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/571-what-makes-cybersecurity-different-for-critical-infrastructure) - [How Lufthansa Industry Solutions is preparing for the Quantum Age! ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1443-how-lufthansa-industry-solutions-is-preparing-for-the-quantum-age) - [Closing Keynote by Joel Spolsky](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/615-closing-keynote-by-joel-spolsky) ## Related Articles - [System change: restart as developer?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/39-system-change-restart-as-developer) - [Finding IT & Technology English-speaking Jobs in Germany ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/446-finding-it-technology-english-speaking-jobs-in-germany) - [The Most Popular IT Jobs on the Market](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/376-the-most-popular-it-jobs-on-the-market) - [A Guide to Green Tech and Green IT Careers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/374-a-guide-to-green-tech-and-green-it-careers) - [Best Companies to Work For in Berlin: Top 14 Companies in 2023 ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/188-best-companies-to-work-for-in-berlin-top-14-companies-in-2023) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs)
