The Scrum Master will work closely with Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to facilitate Scrum processes, promote Agile best practices, and help drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Agile software development teams, strong communication skills, and a passion for fostering team collaboration and continuous improvement within a mission-focused environment., * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. * Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions while adhering to Scrum principles and best practices. * Help identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and sprint objectives. * Partner with Product Owners to ensure user stories and backlog items are well-defined and prioritized. * Track sprint progress and team performance using Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps. * Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Support communication between development teams, stakeholders, and program leadership. * Assist with reporting Agile metrics, project status, risks, and dependencies. * Encourage adoption of Agile methodologies and facilitate process improvements. * Ensure alignment with program goals, contractual requirements, and DoD standards.
