AWS cloud platform, * Analyze, assess, and understand complex legacy systems, including mainframe applications and legacy Java applications.

 * Lead the end-to-end modernization journey-from discovery, planning, and architecture design to implementation and deployment.
 * Refactor or rewrite legacy components using modern Java frameworks, Python, microservices, and event driven architectures.

Design and implement cloud native solutions using AWS services such as:

 * Lambda, EC2, ECS/EKS, IAM, Secrets Manager
 * S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Step Functions
 * CloudFormation for IaC
 * Splunk, Honeycomb
 * Build and deploy CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, or similar.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and QA.
 * Implement best practices for performance optimization and cost efficiency.
 * Document system designs, architecture decisions, and operational procedures.
 * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members working on modernization initiatives.
