* 2+ years of experience in supporting networking equipment, internet circuits, and troubleshooting related issues.
 * General TCP/IP, Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office knowledge.
 * Ability to logically troubleshoot in order to create innovative and practical solutions for problems as they arise.
 * Ability to manage individual tasks and move projects towards known goals with minimal supervision.
 * Communicate with end-users in order to provide support for systems.
 * Associates or Bachelors degree in an IT Related Field of Study from an accredited institution preferred.
 * High level of organizational and troubleshooting skills.
 * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

## Description

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

 * Install, modify, image, and repair computer hardware and software.
 * Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
 * FIFO Inventory management including documentation, ordering, and shipping.
 * Shipping and receiving of computers and associated parts.
 * CAT5/6 data cabling and terminations would be helpful.
 * Performs other related functions and duties as required.
