SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: * Experience with HRIS, Finance, Legal, or Professional Services Automation systems. * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices. * Experience in the insurance, risk management, or financial services sectors. * Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security. ## Description Milliman is undertaking a major business transformation program to replace and modernize our HRIS, Finance, Legal, and Professional Services Automation systems. As part of the Data Enablement Team, we are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and seamless migration of data throughout this transformation.
