## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and optimize the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) to support HR processes and data integrity. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams on system configurations, reports, and dashboards, ensuring timely processing and compliance. You will analyze data, support HRIS initiatives, and provide training and guidance to users across the organization. This position offers opportunities to influence HR technology adoption and stay ahead of industry trends. You will work onsite at SPA Headquarters and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team dedicated to mission-critical outcomes.
