needed.This is a mid-level role for someone with at least two years of professional IT support experience and a solid technical foundation.What You Will Do

 * Serve as CRSG's primary day-to-day technology resource.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Azure, and general end-user issues.
 * Configure and support computers, applications, and peripherals.
 * Own requests from the initial report through resolution.
 * Keep users informed and document your work clearly.
 * Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve CRSG's technology environment.
 * Work with the broader Flexible IT team when an issue requires reinforcement.
