## About the Role

* BSEE or higher with focus on RF/communication or equivalent experience
 * 8+ years of relevant experience in ATE board design
 * Experience working with SI/PI teams to improve performance of high frequency signals
 * Proficiency in Excel with working knowledge of Cadence Allegro, SPICE, PCB impedance calculator and Perl
 * Critical thinking, good communication and collaboration skills
 * Excellent debugging, analytical and technical writing skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

 * Background with Advantest 93k board design
 * Experience with SI/PI simulation flows and tools
 * Familiar with multilayer PCB with complex high speed digital signal routing
 * Strong capability to drive projects and finish qualified design on time

## Description

* Work closely with the test engineers and vendors to resolve component and board fabrication and assembly issues
 * Participate in conferences and keep abreast of industry trends
 * Actively participate with cross functional teams including design, SI, high speed characterization, DFT, and ATE test to implement effective test solutions
