An advanced degree or hands-on laboratory experience is a plus. * Experience: 4-5 years in the life sciences. A technical background in AI/ML based antibody engineering and/or antibody characterization is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira is a plus * Project Management: 1-2 years of experience leading scientific projects in a commercial setting, with a proven ability to manage timelines across different departments * Collaborative Influence: Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams (Sales, Operations, Customer & Tech Support, Finance, etc) to move projects forward without direct authority over those teams. * Operational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards while under pressure. * Problem-Solving & Scalability: A track record of identifying bottlenecks in a workflow and implementing practical, organized solutions that help a team handle more volume. * Hybrid Work Model: This position follows a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week on-site at one of our offices located in Wilsonville, OR; South San Francisco, CA; or Carlsbad, CA., Education Requirement: Do you hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field?* ## Description Reporting to the Director of Commercial Project Management, the Senior Project Manager, Custom Antibodies will coordinate multiple simultaneous projects for our high-throughput Antibody/IgG offerings. You will manage project execution from the initial inquiry through final delivery.
