## About the Role

* Degree in Industrial Maintenance related field
 * 3+ years of Automotive experience
 * Experience with mentoring and/or technical training, Business Services, Driver's License, Groundskeeping, Information Technology & Information Systems, Legal, Manufacturing, Mentoring, Rentals, Technical Recruiting, Welding

## Description

1. The primary responsibility of this role is to Inspect and confirm new or modified equipment and to prepare that equipment for manufacturing production.
 2. On-site robot programming and interlocking.
 3. Confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended.
 4. Prepare and confirm new Body weld equipment at the vendors
 5. Support weld machine Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to start of production
 6. Develop equipment countermeasures during set up/trials
 7. Engage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada and/or Mexico plants and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, and Mexico. Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
 8. Ability to Rent a vehicle (Driver's License).
 9. HM is open for candidates who are fresh out of college and some experience.
