What will the IT Support/Field Technician do?

 * Provide hands-on IT support at various company facilities within a specific operational territory
 * Travel frequently to sites for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
 * Learn, support, and problem-solve across standard IT and unique, industry-specific systems
 * Collaborate with the main HQ team (includes required weekly travel to HQ initially)
 * Work independently in the field, serving as a key IT resource for your territory
