* Maintain technical documentation and support certification-readiness through ongoing learning of Microsoft technologies and best practices. Requirements * At least 3 years of hands-on IT experience supporting and implementing Microsoft infrastructure environments with growing technical responsibility.

 * Practical knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services, and print services.

 * Experience supporting hybrid environments and integrating on-premises systems with cloud-based platforms.

 * Familiarity with one or more Microsoft server technologies such as Exchange Server, SQL Server, IIS, or Remote Desktop Services.

 * Experience deploying or supporting clustered solutions using shared storage or hyper-converged architecture.

 * Working knowledge of virtualization technologies, including Hyper-V, VMware, or ESXi.

 * Ability to earn and maintain Microsoft certifications related to the role.

 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills in a technical support or engineering environment. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®

## Description

* Design, deploy, and support Microsoft infrastructure services, including directory services, DNS, DHCP, group policy, file services, and print services.

 * Manage and enhance connectivity between on-premises systems and cloud platforms, helping align infrastructure with cloud-focused operational needs.

 * Administer and troubleshoot core server technologies such as Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, IIS, and Remote Desktop Services where needed.

 * Build and maintain clustered environments ranging from small multi-node deployments to shared-storage or hyper-converged configurations.

 * Work with virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware ESXi to provision, optimize, and support virtual server environments.

 * Monitor system health, resolve infrastructure issues, and implement improvements that increase stability, security, and performance.

 * Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
