## Description

The Data Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets within a government contracting environment. This role is responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, developing reports and visualizations, and supporting financial and operational functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of presenting data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 * Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns
 * Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions
 * Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations
 * Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance
 * Support financial and operational reporting requirements
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define data requirements
 * Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
 * Assist in developing automated reporting processes and data models
 * Prepare and present reports to leadership and stakeholders
 * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations
