or equivalent work experience * OSHA 10 certification a plus * Knowledge and prior work experience in telecom construction industry - Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc. * Knowledge and experience with aerial and underground construction * Practical knowledge of Network operations and associated inventory for both RF and fiber networks * Experience in estimating, bidding projects and change order preparation * Problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field * Embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills * Professional demeanor * Must possess the capacity to learn, adapt to change, and become proficient quickly * Ability to manage stress, exercise self-control, adhere to company policies and uphold the mission of the organization * Ability to work a flexible schedule with varied hours; some evenings and weekends as needed * Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves driving * Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen) ## Description * Lead and manage all aspects of utility construction for various types of telecom projects * Oversee site planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation * Supervise and coordinate onsite construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes and safety regulations * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues or risks and implement corrective actions as needed * Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors and suppliers, ensure alignment with project requirements and company standards * Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, construction drawings, permits and change orders * Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, provide regular updates on project status, milestones and budgetary considerations * Implement and enforce best practices for construction quality control, safety protocol and environmental compliance * Work a flexible schedule with varied hours;
