## Description

* Perform hardware repair and configuration of HP print devices, including DesignJet, A3, and LaserJet models.
 * Provide technical support for Personal Systems such as laptops, desktops, POS systems, and workstations.
 * Assist with installations, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware issues onsite at customer locations.
 * Work collaboratively with escalation teams and technical personnel to develop effective action plans.
 * Engage with customers to educate them about technology solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
