The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Java and Spring technologies, proven experience leading development teams, and a good understanding of AI concepts and modern AI-driven application integrations. In this role, you will: · Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure Java-based microservices applications. · Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams while promoting best engineering practices. · Participate in architecture and design discussions, recommending optimal technical solutions. · Actively contribute to coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support activities. · Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related technologies. · Drive adoption of microservices, API-first design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native development practices. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.
