## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree, preferred
 * Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
 * Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
 * Ability to lead, manage and inspire staff
 * Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment

## Description

This individual will provide administrative support to the team in a number of areas including HR, Payroll, Recruiting and Project Management., * Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orientating and training employees

 * Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results, coaching, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
 * Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, and analyzing variances
 * Performs other duties as assigned
