## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a minimum of 4 years related work experience
 * Microsoft SQL Server database certifications, * Creating reports using SQL without visual tools and wizards
 * Experience creating reports from a Data Warehouse
 * Familiar with Helpdesk ticketing systems
 * Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills are a must
 * Must be able to work as a productive team member and as an individual
 * Must be able to create, maintain, and follow technical documentation (SOPs)
 * Excellent troubleshooting skills are required

Desired Skills and Experience:

 * Proficient with Microsoft Windows, and Office
 * Relevant Microsoft SQL or other data related certifications

## Description

The Data Analyst responsibilities and duties are as follows, * Develops, modifies, maintains, and supports custom reports using SQL (Microsoft SQL Reporting Services)

 * Retrieves, organizes, interprets data and analyzes results
 * Assists with review and consolidation of existing reports
 * Train users in the operation and scheduling of reports
 * Perform ad-hoc data analyses
 * Manages incoming data including preparation for bulk upload
 * Coordinates with Federal or contractor personnel to capture reporting requests
 * Performs all duties according to established guidelines, SOPs and policies
 * Communicate and escalate issues to Learning Nucleus Team Lead; work and communicate issues as necessary with other members of the IT Department
 * Other duties as assigned
