## About the Role

* 5+ years of software engineering experience.
 * Experience deploying AI or Generative AI solutions into production environments.
 * Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, document intelligence, conversational AI, or AI agent technologies.
 * Strong development experience with Python and/or .NET.
 * Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise application development.
 * Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills., * Experience building customer-facing AI products or AI-enabled software solutions.
 * Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or AI agent frameworks.
 * Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or conversational analytics platforms.
 * Knowledge of transportation, logistics, supply chain, or analytics platforms.
 * Experience translating business challenges into scalable AI product solutions.

Robert Half Talent Solutions, Technology Division, is recruiting on behalf of our client for an AI Product Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technology professional who combines software engineering expertise with experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions in production environments.

The ideal candidate will help design, develop, and operationalize AI-driven products that enhance analytics, automation, and business decision-making capabilities while partnering closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

 * Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled products and capabilities using generative AI technologies.
 * Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
 * Develop conversational AI, intelligent agents, workflow automation, and decision-support capabilities.
 * Create and support AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI and related technologies.
 * Establish best practices around AI development, monitoring, governance, and production readiness.
 * Ensure AI products are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with responsible AI principles.
 * Help define product success metrics and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.
