## About the Role

+ Experience with PeopleSoft and PeopleTools Installations/Upgrades, patching using Change Assistant

 + Knowledge or experience with Phire

 + strong knowledge of Server virtualization, PeopleSoft debugging, PeopleSoft tuning

 + experience with 9.2 applications and using latest patching methods (PUM) from Oracle including DPK

 + experience in and thorough understanding of PeopleSoft security including User Administration, Development Tools, Integration Tools

 + experience performing restores and refresh/cloning

 + knowledge of system application architecture, database schemas and development tools

 + experience with supporting, troubleshooting and problem-solving production issues

 + moderate understanding of web service technologies

 + experience with MIM

 + familiar with XML technologies

 + experience with SQL Server and SQL

 + effective communication skills both verbally and in writing

 + work and communicate effectively with others to achieve results

 + build relationships while addressing business needs with strong customer service skills

 + embrace change that supports continuous improvement

 + commit to a career of learning by seeking and taking advantage of educational opportunities

 + work independently, show willingness to perform any task and ask for additional work and responsibility
