## About the Role

· High School Diploma or GED required; 5+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Administration experience preferred

· Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, VMware, networking, and server support

· Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, written and verbal communication, and documentation skills in a high-volume support environment

· Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, MCP) are a plus; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and provide 24/7 support as needed

## Description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for IT Administrator positions in Waukegan, IL. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a IT Administrator, while learning new ones to assist you in your career. · Install, configure, maintain, and support PCs, servers, networks, virtual environments, and corporate infrastructure including Exchange, SharePoint, VMware, and VOIP systems

· Assist with network and server administration, system upgrades, patches, backup and disaster recovery processes, and support IT Managed Service Providers

· Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, user access privileges, and provide end-user training and technical support
