Preferred qualifications: * 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or team projects. * Experience scaling a custom hardware and software integrated product. * Experience managing vendors and individuals who manage vendors. * Experience maintaining working relationships with external partners (e.g., OEMs, software co-development). * Experience with quality assurance (QA) and automated testing. ## Description As the Stability and Release Manager for Beam, you will drive the maturation of our product's software, ensuring a high-quality experience before it reaches our end users. Leveraging your expertise in both OS and applications software, you will oversee timely, consistent releases across multiple software stacks and form factors. You will be responsible for the validation and testing of our software experience, maintaining our rigorous quality bar while effectively balancing resourcing costs.
