 * Dependable, punctual, and professional

 * Previous medical office, administrative, specimen collection, or drug-testing experience preferred but not required

## Description

* Perform DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol test collections in accordance with company procedures and applicable federal guidelines
 * Accurately complete collection paperwork and electronic documentation
 * Greet clients and provide professional, courteous customer service
 * Schedule appointments and maintain client and testing records
 * Answer phones, respond to routine inquiries, perform data entry, and assist with general office duties
 * Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information
 * Keep the collection area and office organized and ready for clients
