Preferred Education: A two year college degree or higher and/or a Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE or comparable experience preferred. Any of the following skills/experiences will be given preferences: Experience in a clinical setting (Medical), Knowledge of HIPAA Security Concepts, Azure, AWS, VMware/Hyper-V, Citrix, SAN Experience, VOIP Experience, Linux skills, Any Cisco Certification, MAC skills, HTML, Graphics, US Military Veteran. The candidate must have excellent English - oral, phone and written skills, must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Excellent customer service skills "Can Do Attitude"in a fast paced multi-tasking environment and a minimum of 3 year of hands on experience in a business environment are a requirement.', * High school or equivalent (Required), * Help desk or similar: 2 years (Required) * Windows: 2 years (Required) ## Description Candidate should have strong PC/Server hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills. The ability to work independently with limited supervision is a must! Must have own transportation with insurance to go to various client locations. In-depth and current hardware and software skills and experience required. Must be able to provide desktop support to a variety of end users.
