The Associate Data Scientist role is an entry-level, full-time position designed for early-career professionals who are ready to apply their academic foundation in data science to real-world business challenges. This role is a natural next step for Pioneer Trainees who are graduating and transitioning into full-time employment, as well as for other early-career candidates with strong analytical skills and a desire to grow within the insurance and analytics space., * A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. * Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with working proficiency in Python and SQL. * Experience working with data to answer questions, test hypotheses, or support decision-making. * Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations in both written and verbal formats. * A curiosity-driven mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and domains. * Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. * Interest in applying data science within a business context, ideally within insurance, technology, or financial services.
